Beginning Saturday August 22, we will have a weekly movie night on Saturday at 6:30pm. The movie will be shown free of charge in the Legg Center and popcorn will be provided. Invite your friends! On Sundays the sermon will explore how the Gospel message is present in some of our favorite movies.
Our annual mystery bus trip will be August 18. Please see Cindy Campbell or Patsy Farmer to register. Cost is usually around $90 and includes continental breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus bus transportation. Where will we go this year? It’s a mystery but it is ALWAYS FUN!
Our Ladies Life Group meets every month on the 4th Wednesday at 6:30pm, at 1632 Riley Road NE, Newark, OH 43055. Join us for conversation and connection rooted in the Bible. Women of all ages are welcome!
Our ecumenical Connect Youth Group meets on the first and third Sundays of each month during the school year from 6:30-8:00pm, and different churches take turns hosting. Come for fun, snacks and faithful fellowship! For youth grades 6 -12. Bring a friend! Next Connect is Sunday September 6, 6:30-8:00pm.
WISH (Women in Service at Highwater) meets the second Monday of most months at 6:30pm at the church. All women of the community are invited to join us. There will be no meeting during the summer. The next meeting is on Monday, September 14at 6:30pm.

The Genealogy Club meets monthly on the 3rd Tuesday at 6:30 pm. We meet next on September 15th in the church library. All are welcome to come learn about resources to discover your roots from our resident expert – Eydie Keim.
The Community Drop-In Center at Trinity Lutheran Church are in need of volunteers. The church is located at 592 West Main Street. The center offers a safe space for people to connect to resources.
